"Doherty's B & B in Ballyliffin is, as Mary Doherty put it, 'a 7 iron from the golf course'. Pretty strong 7 iron but she is literally next door. It was perfect for us-one minute from the village, clean and comfortable, well priced, and Mary is just as nice as you would want your hostess to be. Breakfast was terrific and she accommodated our early request happily. Wonderfully scenic as well from all round the house. It was exactly what we hoped it would be. Thank you Mary. We will be back and would not consider staying anywhere else."
